History of Art Class The Baroque Period Dutch Painting in the 17th century

A lecture in the history of art - class, teacher and slide show.
To the customary lecture of art history, with economic emphasis, 2 Dutch Baroque paintings were added, based on photographs that appeared in the Ha'aretz newspaper - a photograph by Alberto Dunkberg (Monday, 28/4/2004); A photograph of Moti Kimchi (Wednesday, 1/9/2004).

This performance was part of the 'Heara 8' event at the Anglican School, 82 Hanevi'im Street in Jerusalem.
The building was built in 1895-1896 as a hospital for the English Mission. Hadassah Hospital moved to the buildings after the 1948 War and until 1963, when they were returned to their original owners. It has been an Anglican School ever since.
Accordingly, the 'Heara 8' theme dealt with the social and societal place of institutions of care, such as hospitals and schools.

הוצג במסגרת אירועי 'הערה 8' בבית הספר האנגליקני ברחוב הנביאים 82 בירושלים.
הבנינים נבנו בשנים 1895-1896 במטרה לשמש בית חולים של המיסיון האנגלי (English Mission Hospital). אחרי מלחמת העצמאות עבר בית חולים הדסה אל הבניינים, בשנת 1963 הם הוחזרו לבעליהם המקורים, ומאז שוכן במקום בית הספר האנגליקני (The Anglican School).
בהתאם, עסקה 'הערה 8' במקומם בחברה ובתפקידם של מוסדות כמו בתי חולים ובתי ספר.
